GIC is an independent consulting firm providing advisory, documentation, application filing and follow-up services in relation to government subsidies, grants and incentives. We are not affiliated with any government department or authority.

2. Disclaimer on Sanctions

All subsidies, grants and incentives are subject to applicable government policies, eligibility criteria, scrutiny, approvals and the discretion of the competent authority. GIC does not guarantee the sanction, disbursement or timing of any benefit. Information shared by GIC reflects our understanding of policies as on date and may change without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents.
• Make truthful declarations in all government applications.
• Pay agreed professional fees within the timelines mutually agreed.
• Comply with applicable laws and scheme conditions.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed in writing in our engagement letter or proposal. Taxes and out-of-pocket expenses are charged additionally as applicable. Government fees, statutory charges and third-party expenses are at client's account.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees actually received from the client for the specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only for the purposes of delivering services, except where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and layouts, is the property of GIC and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access. We may modify or suspend the website at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ludhiana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services.
